Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or address. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled.
1.3 Geographic Eligibility
This service is operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that using this platform is lawful under their local laws.
Account Registration and Security
2.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details must be correct.
2.2 Password and Account Security
Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. wj2pp will not be liable for any unauthorized use if you do not inform us in a timely manner.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
wj2pp reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods

- Nagad — the postal department's mobile financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service
3.2 Limits and Timeframes
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Withdrawal time: Request processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours
Identity verification and wagering requirements are confirmed before a withdrawal request is processed. Processing may be slightly delayed due to banking issues or system maintenance.
3.3 Deposit Responsibility
wj2pp will not be liable for transactions made with incorrect account numbers or details. Verify all information carefully before making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
wj2pp follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies in line with international standards. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, and transactions may be temporarily suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- Minimum deposit must be ৳500
- A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account
4.2 Ongoing Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts, specific betting patterns, or any other improper means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
4.4 VIP Program
wj2pp's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
- Silver: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
- Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.5%
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation and consistent activity on the platform.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on wj2pp are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface. Bets affected by any technical error may be cancelled.
5.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event. These limits are displayed on the game platform. wj2pp reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
5.3 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
5.4 Game Results
The result received from the game provider's system is considered final. In the event of any issue caused by a technical failure or disconnection, wj2pp's decision is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Registering an account with false or misleading information
- Operating multiple accounts or committing bonus fraud
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
- Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts
- Any form of manipulation or fraud involving the platform's systems
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Betting on behalf of third parties or on behalf of professional gambling organizations
- Exploiting technical errors in the platform — any discovered error must be reported to support immediately
- Harassing other members or engaging in offensive behavior

wj2pp may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following situations:

- Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity
- Failure to verify age or identity
- Account inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given)
- Direction from authorities or legal requirement
Any valid balance in an account closed for just cause will be returned subject to verification.
